Elevate Family, the new Elevate Schedule is here!! We have all sorts of awesome things happening and coming up in the life of our student ministry. So please grab a Schedule down in the Elevate Room or print one off in the downloads section of elevateparents.org

Elevate Families, here’s a quick update for Winter Retreat. Winter retreat will be happening   February 23rd – 25th. If your student participated in the Elevate Cookie Walk, your student received $40.55 towards Winter Retreat.



If your student paid the deposit of $50 and participated in the cookie walk. That means your student has a total of $69.45 left to pay for Winter Retreat.
 
The final payment is due January 31st, If you have any questions, please contact Pastor Caleb.

Hello Elevate families, as you know the Cookie Walk is quickly approaching. I just want to send out a quick reminder that we are recommending 3-5 dozen cookies per student attending Winter Retreat. We need your students to be at the Church at 9:00 am this Sunday on the 17th to set up for the Cookie Walk.

We have a lot going on tonight here at Elevate!!

The door will be open at 6:30 PM for us to meet here at the Church. We will be setting up for the Cookie Walk that will be happening here on Sunday, 12/17/23. Don’t forget to sign up on the Parent’s Facebook page with what kind of cookies your student will be bringing on Sunday.  

We will be going to Centenary United Methodist Church to wrap and sort presents at 7:00 PM for the Angel Tree Project. We will be returning to LNC at 8:15 PM later tonight.

Here are some things that you or your students could bring tonight to help with the project is wrapping paper and tape.

Just a reminder Winter Retreat 2024 registration forms are due on Dec 13th. We need to get those in for a head count for Winter Retreat!!

Go to the Parent’s Facebook page and sign up for the Cookie Walk! That is happening on Dec 17th.

The Elevate Winter Retreat 2024 sign-up deadline is quickly approaching. The first deposit for Winter Retreat is due December 13th, and the total for that deposit is $50.

The Cookie Walk will be happening on December 17th at 11:15 am. We still need to know what kind of cookies you all will be bringing. Please let us know on the Elevate Parents Facebook page what kind of cookies you will be bringing.

If your student still needs a winter retreat form, you can print those off on the download section of Elevateparents.org. Please bring in the completed Elevate winter registration forms as soon as possible.

The Elevate Christmas Road Trip is happening today! We are leaving LNC at 6:30 pm. We will be returning to the Church at 9:15 pm, but we will keep you updated if things change. Transportation is provided for those attending. The cost is $6 per person. It is also suggested that your student brings money for food there. Dress warm and bring a coat!

This is a reminder that the Winter Retreat registration forms are in the Elevate room and on Elevateparent.org.

We also need you and or your student to sign up and let us know what kind of cookies your student will bring to the Elevate Cookie Walk!!
