Hello everyone; I hope that you are all doing well. This is a quick reminder that Winter Retreat Registration forms and deposits are due tonight at Elevate. The forms can be found here on Elevateparents.org in the downloads section, and I will also have some in hard copies at Elevate tonight. Also, there is a $50 deposit due as well. 

Also, if you or your student is attending Winter Retreat, the Cookie walk is happening this Sunday, Dec 11th. Please invite your friends and family to join us for this event after the Sunday Service. This is a required fundraiser for those attending Winter Retreat. 

This next Sunday is Elevate Sunday. Join us this next Sunday at 10 Am for a time of worship led by our students. Parents, please encourage your students to come out on Sunday and help with the service. There are several ways in which your student can get involved, from greeting, being an usher, praying, helping lead in worship, and doing the announcements. We will have a signup sheet for all the different jobs for next Sunday at Elevate this next week. Also, make sure that your student is wearing an Elevate t-shirt. 

If your student is helping on Sunday, they must be here at 9:30 AM. 

Elevate will collect supplies for Operation Christmas Child for the next few weeks. We will be collecting items for the shoe box for the next few weeks. We will be packing the shoe boxes on November 16th. Each small group will work as a team to determine which group can collect the most items. The winning small group will get a prize.

I can’t believe November is almost here. Check out the Elevate Winter schedule for all sorts of fun events that are coming up. Don’t forget you can print out your copy in the download section on this page. 

We will be sending out updates on specific events that are coming up. Also, be on the lookout for Winter Retreat information. The registration forms will be out soon.

Here are a few reminders for tomorrow night.

Good afternoon everyone. I just wanted to give you a reminder and an update. I just wanted to remind all of you to get those letters for NYC sent out soon because the next payment is coming up fast. I want to ensure that you all have enough money in your student account to cover the next payment. The following payment of $500 is due on January 10th too LNC. I want to let you know that we have already had several students who have sent out letters for NYC, and they have done very well on their fundraising. Please let me know if you need more letters.

Hello, Elevate! I hope you all are enjoying the cool weather. Now that it is officially Fall, we are getting ready for our annual Fall Party at the Jesters’. Come on out for food, fun, and games. Dress Warm and let’s have some fun and don’t forget to bring a friend. 

We will meet at the Church at 6:00 PM on October 22nd to go to the Jesters, or you can meet us there. Please let us know if you are planning on driving your selves there. If you are meeting us there, please ensure that you have a ride home because we may not have room in the van if you do not come with us.

The All Shore Gathering is this Saturday! We will meet at the church at 5:30pm and be back around 9:00pm. Hope to see you there!

*Make sure to wear a bathing suit and bring a towel; we will be playing Slip and Slide Kickball!

Elevate is happening tonight from 7:00-8:30! Doors open @ 6:30 PM! We are welcoming new 7th graders tonight, and it’s our 90’s party! 

Also, following Elevate is the Fall Parents’ meeting at 8:30 PM in the Underground.
